Dr. Constance Goodwin is the Founder of
Goodwin Associates, a consulting practice, which specializes in Leadership as a Performing Art®, a design methodology that builds an executive leadership platform for success in today’s changing business environments. She provides executive coaching and consultation to business leaders in some of America’s leading corporations and emerging growth companies.

Dr. Goodwin’s focus is on expanding and exceeding organizational goals and strategies through accelerating an executive’s growth and power as an Executive Performing Artist®. She works with executives and executive teams to leverage their leadership experience inside: executive leadership development, cultural/leadership transitions, succession planning/ implementation, senior executive coaching, and interactive workshops.

Prior to founding Goodwin Associates, she served as a Vice President for Business Development in a startup consulting practice and as a project consultant in an international consulting firm. Her consulting included: large-scale Executive/Team Alignment projects, ERP implementation projects,
e-business initiatives, as well as customer service transformation projects.

She has served on the faculty of Temple University and The University of the Arts. She was accountable for the design, development, and delivery of courses that focused on shifting paradigms in society, art, and culture, as well as performance technique, writing, and community outreach programs for arts education.

Supporting her commitment to performance and education were professional lives as a Three-Day equestrian athlete and trainer, as well as a Modern Dance artist in New York and Philadelphia.

Dr. Goodwin holds a B.F.A. from Philadelphia College of Performing Arts, M.Ed. from Temple University, and an Ed.D. from Temple University.

An avid international sailor and lively supporter of the arts, she is Adjunct Faculty in the Human Resource Development Graduate Program at Villanova University, a member of the Psychoanalytic Coaches Association, and a member of Sail Martha's Vineyard.
